- I Love It 3/6/2007 I haven't been taking Propolene long, nor consistently, but I've noticed a huge difference. First of all, it helps keep me regular and I definitely get full much faster. It helps me drink more water, since I drink at least 2-3 cups when I take it. I'm going to begin taking it more consistently and see if my results improve. - I Love It 1/23/2007 After doing some research I decided to try Propolene. After hearing many negative thing on "diet-pills" and their false promises, here is one that finally works! I've taken Propolene for just one week and the weight is coming off. I used to eat, snack, munch, whatever, but now I get full with a fraction of the portion and feel full from meals to meals. I am taking 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. One might be enough, but for now, I'll keep the dosage. I am truly happy on my decision. My clothes fit better. Paul Days Dominican Republic |

- I Love It 10/9/2006 I just started using Propolene and I haven't felt better in my life! I am not hungry like I was before. You see, I weigh 320 pounds and I want to lose 100 to 150 pounds. - I Love It 7/24/2006 I started taking Propolene, 2 pills twice a day for 2-3 days. After that I took 1 pill twice daily for 2-3 months. I currently take 1 pill once daily. I have lost a total of 105 lbs in approximatly 9 1/2-10 months, and have maintained my current weight for 2 months. I did not experience any side effects, and have been completely satisfied with the results. I have recommended this product to many friends who are just beginning to see results. - Not My Favorite6/14/2006 The Propolene bottle says 3 pills before meals, twice a day. For the first two days, I took 2 pills twice a day. I wanted to make sure they wouldn't make me sick or anything. I had no problems for the first few days, so on the third day I took 3 pills before meals twice a day. - I Love It 3/30/2006 I started taking this Propolene at the end of January and I love it. I have no side effects, which is great. I wanted to lose 10-15 pounds - in the first month I lost 10 1/2 lbs. I am waiting another week to weigh myself but I have already lost a full size in slacks and 2 in tops.
